Shipping times & tracking
Shipping times depend on the fact that our items are 3D printed and the process takes several hours. However, we strive to ship items within 3 business days. Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking code will be sent to the buyer.
Although certain events are very rare, it is important to underline that shipments may be delayed for reasons beyond our control, such as strikes or natural phenomena. In case of failure to respect the expected delivery times, the customer may decide to cancel the order or refuse the package and the entire sum will be credited back to him.

Orders under €50.00: €7.00
Orders over €50.00: FREE
International shipments
In this period we ship only within the national territory, including islands.
Package damaged
If at the time of delivery the package appears damaged, the buyer must accept the package subject to inspection and have the courier indicate the irregularity found on the delivery note. If the courier refuses to sign the package subject to inspection, then it is advisable to refuse the delivery, having the words "goods rejected due to damaged package" written on the document. This measure is essential in order to receive support in the event that the contents of the package should be damaged, otherwise we will not be responsible for damage caused during delivery of the goods, signing without reservation is equivalent to declaring that the package arrived is compliant and intact and the courier is therefore released from any responsibility.
